In the city of lights, cradle of world fashion, the main houses featured the lines, colours and textures that will trend during the Fall Winter Season 2016-2017.
The fashion house of the Lebanese designer exhibited a collection charged with the “boho” style, which means a mixture of flowing, retro accessories and ethnic touches in bohemian and gothic designs. Black was the tone that overwhelmed the runway as well as the high boots with flower details. An absolute female bet.
By the designer Karl Lagerlfeld, the Parisian fashion house dared with strong colours for this season. The fuchsia, pink and blue were chosen to show jackets and skirts, the classic tweed, combined in a bicolour way. Accessories like hats and boots under the knee were the highlights of the elegant presentation. A chic touch for the season.
Simple and straight forms were the high spot for this season, with a runaway full of long skirts and tight dresses. To emphasize the female figure was the main objective of this Fall Winter season, where dark colours and traditional lines dominated all designs. Maybe too traditional, but never boring.
Ricardo Tisci’s collection proposed an exhibition charged with stamps, with animal prints and an Egyptian inspiration with military airs. With bohemian touches, the designs were accompanied with boots up to knees and accessories with thick necklaces, inspired in ethnic cultures. A wardrobe that a fierce woman would love.
The British designer featured a varied selection for this new season charged with big flap coats and swan stamps that showed a more childlike style. McCartney herself remarked that her eclectic collection was made with a “sense of humour” and with an “easy wear” style.
